The Taipei National Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance announced that this year, it has recognized 45 businesses for outstanding use of unified invoices and 24 for their use of electronic invoices. This initiative aims to promote responsible invoice usage, support the government’s energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts, and align with the principles of sustainable business practices. On August 14, Director Wu Lian-Ying presented awards and commemorative gifts to these outstanding businesses.
Out of 269,777 registered businesses in Taipei City, only 69 companies earned this recognition in 2024, representing a selection rate of just 0.026%. These companies were selected based on a clean compliance record with no violations over the past two years and successfully passed multiple review stages by the administration and Ministry of Finance. This award is a testament to the rigorous standards and commendable achievements of the selected businesses.
